What to expect on the call
You do most of the talking. What your business does, what you’re worried about, what’s already in place, and whether anything has happened that prompted the call. There’s nothing to prepare.
I’ll tell you what I think. Including, sometimes, that you don’t need me — or that you need someone else first.
If there’s a fit, the next step is an hour at your place. That also costs nothing. Only after that does anything get a number, and it’s a fixed one, in writing, before any work starts.
