These terms cover the introductory call you can book through this website. They are short because the arrangement is simple.

What the call is

Twenty minutes, by video or phone, to work out whether there is a fit between what you need and what Associated Konsultants does. There is no cost and no obligation on either side. If it isn’t the kind of work I do, I will say so and point you somewhere better if I can.

Booking, rescheduling, canceling

You can reschedule or cancel from the link in your confirmation email. There is no charge and no need to explain. If something comes up at my end, I will tell you as early as I can.

Bookings require at least 24 hours’ notice, which keeps the calendar honest for both of us.

The call is a conversation, not advice

Anything discussed in twenty minutes is general. I will not have seen your environment, your contracts, your systems or your data, so please don’t treat what is said as advice specific to your business, and please don’t act on it as though it were.

Advice specific to your business comes after an assessment, and it comes in writing. That is not a technicality — it is the whole reason the assessment exists.

If we work together after that

Paid work is governed by a written agreement signed by both parties, with the scope, the hours and the cost agreed before any work begins. That agreement governs the engagement. These terms neither replace nor modify it.

Recording

I do not record these calls. If you would like to record for your own notes, ask at the start and I will almost certainly say yes.

Changes

If these terms change, this page will be updated and the effective date above will change with it.
